I should consider myself lucky that I have lasted so long. I went to ER the first time 40 years ago.  It took another 30 for the IDIOT doctors to figure out!

By then it's too late. It's my way of life every day. I hate being skinny and frail! So tired of the pain. 



Ways to keep pancreas clean naturally:
  1. Reducing sugar-rich food.
  2. Drinking plenty of water.
  3. Taking small but frequent meals.
  4. Avoid taking alcohol and smoking.
  5. Taking low animal fat.
  6. Taking lentils, clear soups, lean meats, almond milk, etc. are suggested
Lol! I've been there for 20 years.

Mama died if pancreatic cancer. 

 What happens when the pancreas starts shutting down.

    Oh why not! Wildfire smoke, stress, PTSD, TBI.. I needed another reason for dementia!

    Had the crap 3 times. Unfortunately I took one shot and got thrombosis.. my blood doesn't clot well and that's the only reason I am alive!
    A dentist wouldn't see me until I got jabbed.

    I'm often afraid. I want to live! Today my BP is 101/55.
    I feel like hell..
    Next time it will be 180/110

    I don't have high blood pressure. Never took meds before Almeda.
    I have uncontrolled never ending stress.

    Dr. Anthony Haulk asked me if my pancreas was damaged in the car wreck or if I'd ever been hit there. I saw him 2012.
    He said when Rick Johnson sucker punched me that's exactly where h hit me after throwing a beer mug at me . I was bent over lifting my drunk daughter off the lawn, just standing up... covered with beer and BaM.

    Now I'm afraid. But nature will have to take it's course. I think I screwed up and took my BP meds twice last night.

    I'm so tired.

  50 incredible years. An anniversary There are moments in our lives that change the course of the future.  Aug.9, 1974 was one of those days. Happy Anniversary, Almeda!

  FOUR  years ago I was up before 5 am with the usual good morning Wake up call from an old school mate who was lonely. I didn't sleep much because of pain in my shoulder and neck. The day before I paid someone to trim my trees before winter. He managed to drop a big limb on me.   I was off to an 8 am haircut. Not a good day! She butchered me! So I went to work on all that tree trimming.  It was horribly smoky and the wind was blowing.  The Radio only had this report: There was a one structure fire in Ashland on Almeda Drive, fully contained.   Same News all day.  I depended on radio news, it has always been there..... Until that day.  Thanks for nothing, KMED and Bill Meyer who went on vacation and did nothing to cover local news while he was gone! With the first report of containment, it certainly sounded like someone was doing news that day on a NEWS STATION! BUT no one was, we found out too late. I went to Facebook.  Nothing. I turne...

  1st street central point Oregon. Easter Morning. We lived around the corner of a church. We went to the holy roller shack and I was terrified!  Mama was still so sick from almost losing her arm. Daddy was drunk and abusing her._____ Sometimes we don't want to heal..  Because pain is the only connection we have left to those we love.  It's the only way I have to ever see my children again! I can't do this anymore! I JUST WANT TO GO HOME! Finally made a bed he loves!! Pissed all over my beautiful bed! I finally owned a nice bed! Please take care of them! I'm leaving you plenty for this!
