  I save the skins, wash, dry, grind to a seasoning powder...  More quercitin in the skins than the rest. I've been making cream cheese.. instead of throwing out milk.. Cream cheese eliminates the whey.  That's where the lactose is! I always wondered why cream cheese didn't bother me!

  Finally made some decent chicken pot pies. And cream cheese! I wasted half gallon of milk for 1/3 cup cheese!! Lol  There is no coming back from this. I've been tortured too much. I can't even speak to anyone now. I'm afraid to go out of my house.   I nearly pass out if the phone rings or have to get the mail. My life is over outside this trailer. I'm happy with the cats and making pretty things. And some good movies. I will work for my country until my last breath.  I'm so tired of my cooking. I have to do everything at least twice because I burn everything. I simply cannot learn anything new. My hands no longer work. It's been 2 years since I had food from a restaurant. The only time Danny showed up in 4 plus years I am completely without human contact.  I haven't been able to let anyone touch me for 2 years. People want to hig strangers It's weird people!
