Park mgr continued 3

Thats what the neighbors yard looked like before they finally sprayed.
Don insisted that I buy gravel for their driveway!  I never use it and they are always parked there.

When I first moved in, this strip which is the neighbors yard, was waist high in weeds. It had been covered with wood chips the size of my arm!

2021I paid Don to spray it $20 cash because I couldn't keep it out of my yard.  From then on he insists that is my responsibility!
The neighbors are the only ones who use it and I am sick of taking care of it. They water the weeds then mow and destroyed my skirting and water my deck!
I asked politely over and over to just kill it and cover with rock.
Finally Don did it for them.

This is why he's mad.
The other neighbor is as bad but if there's a man in the house Don does anything they want.

I watched Don kick up rocks from his mower and make holes in my front skirting so I surrounded my front with rocks so they couldn't drive next to my house.  When I asked him to be careful, he got mad and called me a liar!
He never answered a question he just attacks

See holes from Don Snyder
At first I put up a pretty wire fence but they just ran over it and destroyed it so I hauled in rocks
Really?? REALLY?

Neighbors park there!
No one ever comes to my front door!

More crappy yards of neighbors. Both places have 2 people! I shouldn't have to control their weeds and mess!

  1. If this were my property, it goes
    Up against their house!
They use it. . there is no other way into the back yard!
These park rules stare my lit can't go to their house! It's obvious where my yard with the red rock starts!

  2. The skirting is mostly holes from the weed eater the neighbors used on weeds every couple months after they seed and reseed. Stupid.
They're also killing all the hummingbirds!
They use quart feeders hanging in the hot soun for a week plus.
I sent them articles. Makes me so sad
